Associate Criminal Defense Attorney The candidate will represent clients in court. Will prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients. Advise clients on trial proceedings. Negotiate settlements for legal disputes. Comply with all legal standards and regulations. Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law. The candidate must be admitted to California State Bar Association and in good standing. Should have 2+ years of hands-on experience in Criminal law practices. Misdemeanor and Felony trial experience is must. Must have excellent analytical and writing skills. Must have excellent communication skills. Familiarity with various legal documents is required. Strong time management skills (to effectively manage multiple deadlines and adapt to change within a fast-paced environment) needed. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
