Family Law Paralegal The candidate will assist with drafting legal documents. Will process discovery: review documents, index, Bates number, redact. Calendar Court hearing dates and deadlines. Draft communications to clients and opposing counsel. Should have previous experience as a family law paralegal; knowledge of Arizona Rules of Family Law Procedure. Must have excellent communication skills with clients, opposing counsel and Courts. Outlook, Word, and Excel efficiency; Amicus Attorney and Worldox experience helpful.
