Entry Level Paralegal The candidate will join firm which strictly represents mortgage lenders and servicers. Will be responsible for: Negotiating response scope with requesting parties. Researching and compiling responsive data and documentation. Drafting appropriate responses. Transmitting the same to the subpoena requestor. Working hand in hand with our client to ensure that a compliant response is sent within SLA.
