Immigration Attorney The candidate will have extensive litigation in the Immigration Court, SIJS petitions in state court and appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals. Will work on motions to reopen prior removal or deportation orders. Must have experience with business immigration law, particularly E-1, E-2, L-1A, L-1b, H-1B, H-2B, EB-5 and PERM. Maryland Bar required. Spanish bilingual required. Should have 2+ years of experience.
