Legal Secretary, Part-time Duties: Answer phones and forward calls. Creating and organizing current client files. Maintaining calendar, deadlines, and reminders for the team. Filing and maintaining current case files. Generating invoices/billing clients using Clio law practice management platform. May at times be required to communicate with courts and clients. Clear, concise, and communication skills with co-workers and employer. Recording billable hours into the Clio law practice management platform. Running errands for the firm and potentially personal errands for attorney. Order office supplies for firm. Make travel arrangements for attorney. Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Associate Degree preferred. 2+ years' experience as a secretary. Experience in a law firm is a major plus. QuickBooks experience preferred. Must be able to conform to the firm s current organizational methods and practices. Must be willing to share an office space with another employee. Schedule: 30 hours a week
