Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work with trial attorneys while performing various litigation tasks throughout the litigation process on personal injury cases. Client Communications/Meetings. File Review and casework. Review Medical Records. Meet all relevant court appointed deadlines. Track and document any subrogation liens. Utilize Pro-Docs or other on-line/in house resource for document preparation and e-filing. Update client case management file [Needles]. Conduct Witness interviews and case investigation through telephone, written, and in-person communication. Conduct factual and Legal Research using LEXIS, and/or other on-line facilities. Perform general and/or administrative paralegal duties, including maintaining files, writing memos, and corresponding with clients and opposing counsel. Work with attorneys and other staff in the firm on various assignments and topics.
