Taxation Associate Attorney The candidate will join a Tax Planning & Controversies practice group. Will relate to clients. Implement matters with minimum supervision. Research and prepare memoranda on complicated and tax matters. Should have a J.D. degree from a law school. An LL.M. in Taxation is preferred. Must be admitted to practice in New York and/or New Jersey and have 1-3 years of experience. Primary experience in pure tax, partnership taxation, and corporate taxation is required. Experience in the following is helpful: taxation with respect to mergers and acquisitions, state and local taxation and taxation for US inbound and outbound individuals and transactions. Superior academic credentials are needed.
