Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible to conduct medical research, summarize medical records, be familiar with medical terminology, and able to handle all aspects of discovery. Must have 3 - 5 years of Personal Injury/Civil Litigation Experience (Defence). Should have strong research and writing skills and familiar with medical terminology. Insurance Defence experience is preferable with Paralegal Certificate.
