Associate Attorney The candidate should have 3+ years experience. Must be proficient in civil litigation, including depositions, oral arguments, and courtroom experience. Must have the ability to work in Municipal Court (both as PD and for private clients). Will be responsible to independently manage cases from inception through trial. Excellent communication, research and writing skills required. Real estate transaction experience or willingness to learn, a plus.
