Legal Secretary The candidate's duties will include: working with clients and other firms, some transcription, proofreading, phone calls, heavy calendaring, scheduling of depositions and hearings, and file management. Must have a great work ethic, knowledge of filing (both state and federal) and court procedures, excellent grammar and punctuation skills, good communication skills, should have excellent proofreading abilities, possess an upbeat personality, a willingness to help others, desire to produce excellent work product and ability to follow forms and procedures already in place. Competitive salary and benefits tied to experience level. Must have a minimum of 3 years Legal Secretary experience in complex civil litigation.
