Manager Of Attorney Recruitment The candidate will provide leadership and guidance in developing and implementing a national recruitment strategy. Oversee all aspects of attorney recruiting, including experienced Personal Injury trial attorneys and entry-level attorneys at a national level. Report to senior attorney management and/ or Owner of the law firm, this individual will also lead the recruitment team and provide strategic and effective guidance, mentorship, and coaching to all team members. Serve as the firm Law leader to ensure candidates are excited at the prospect of joining the firm. Build the talent pipeline by sourcing viable candidates that convert to hires to ensure retention of 100% of the firm's Attorneys. Enhance organization attractiveness to ensure high levels of candidate engagement. Partner with Public Relations and Marketing teams to develop marketing and media profile-raising campaigns and promote new hires. Cultivate relationships with preferred search firms as well as members of the legal community. Design, develop and manage a robust and efficient recruitment process. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the firm's culture and overall objectives. Responsible for reporting on metrics of the department and ensuring compliance. Should preferably have Juris Doctorate. Experience within legal recruiting in law firms or law school is preferred. Experience overseeing attorney recruiting programs with a proven track record effectively leading a team.
