Must be driven, hardworking, and reliable paralegal with extensive experience in drafting pleadings, preparing and responding to discovery, preparing files for trial and hearings, drafting correspondence, and the ability to follow a structured format. At least 4 years of experience in workers' compensation and personal injury preferred. United States work authorization required.
