Toxic Tort Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for assisting with addressing and responding to discovery, analysis and preparation of summaries of other parties discovery responses, procurement and analysis of medical and other types of records, and providing additional support through all phases of litigation, including drafting appropriate motions, pleading, etc. Should preferably have 5+ years of asbestos, benzene, and general toxic tort litigation experience. Associate's degree in paralegal studies or Bachelor's degree in another field with certificate in paralegal studies is strongly preferred. Excellent organizational and time management, research and analytical skills are required. Strong computer skills are essential. Case management software experience is a plus.
