Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will join plaintiff's personal injury law firm to support a Case Manager's Portfolio of approximately 125 cases on an ongoing basis. Will be responsible for performing Intakes on potential new clients. Assist with the resolution of Property Damages claims. Manage the interface between the Case Manager and the Client. Perform detailed investigations on all facts of the case. Daily perform the duties to support both clients and providers through the treatment phase. Obtaining and analyzing Bills and Records from Medical Providers. Develop the Demand Package to the Insurance Companies. Must have Certified Paralegal, Paralegal Degree or College Degree with work related experience in personal injury claims. Should have 3 years of experience. Must possess strong technical skills, such as typing, and have a good working knowledge of WordPerfect and/or Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Needles Case Management Software.
