Employment-based Immigration Paralegal The candidate will be assigned principally to non-immigrant visa petitions (H-1B, E, L, O, TN), as well as EB-1 and National Interest Waiver green card petitions, and some family-based cases as needed. A minimum of 6 months experience working with immigrant law is required, with preference given to experience with employment-based immigration. Should have 1-5 years of employment-based immigration experience. Duties include maintaining frequent communication with clients, preparing forms and drafting employer letters. Fluency in Spanish or other foreign language a plus. Bachelor's degree required.
