Attorney Negotiator Candidate must be attorney or law school graduate to handle pre-litigation negotiations. Must have experience in claims, negotiations and lien resolution. Some personal injury experience is a plus. Bilingual- a plus. Must be someone who is self motivated and has the ability to handle large caseloads. Requires excellent communication and organizational skills. Must be good with numbers, detail oriented, work well independently and as a team player.
