Junior to Mid-Level Paralegal - Real Estate Mortgage The candidate will be working with mortgage lenders in purchase and refinance transactions, including, Coops, CEMAs. Preparing CDs and closing document packages. Conducting closings. Title review/clearance; and, scheduling closings. Should have New York Notary License. Must have proficiency in settlement software and Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.
