Civil Litigation Attorney The candidate will assist on motion practice, taking and defending depositions and Examinations Under Oath, court appearances, and coverage analysis. Should have experience in property and casualty claims as well as litigation. Must already be licensed to practice in Florida, be self-starters who thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent written and oral communication skills The candidate should have Active license to practice law in the State of Florida. 2+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance claims and litigation is required. Must have ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Must have exemplary written and oral communication skills.
