Title : Foreclosure Paralegal

Foreclosure Paralegal The candidate will professionally communicate with clients via email, telephone, and various client systems to obtain information necessary to meet foreclosure requirements and timelines. Review of title search to verify title information are correct in Case Management System. Assess file information to appropriately determine a foreclosure sale date. Accurately assess bid instructions and calculate bid amount for foreclosure sale. Accurately report sales results to the client in a timely manner. Cancel files for Invoicing per client instructions. Prepare foreclosure notices. Order and review title. Assist with other duties and special projects as needed. High school diploma is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have 2+ years of work experience in real estate law. General working knowledge of Alabama, Georgia and Tennessee foreclosure processing is required. Should have 2+ years of work experience in client systems which include BKFC fka LPS, Vendorscape, and Tempo. ProLaw, LPS, Lenstar, and PACER experience highly preferred. Must be proficient in software tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet. Must possess strong written and verbal communications skills. Must provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
