Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be drafting Complaints, pleadings, motions, orders, notices, subpoenas, etc., in Virginia Circuit and General District Courts- must have experience responding to Interrogatories and Requests for Production. Independently managing attorney discovery calendar to ensure all deadlines are met. Scheduling and assist attorney with depositions, mediations, and civil trials. Requesting medical records and enter data into system- must have experience summarizing medical records. Requesting medical bills and enter data into system- must have experience calculating and verifying damages. Verifying insurance limits and collecting medpay and income loss benefits as applicable. Determining the validity of ERISA claims and responding accordingly. Should preferably have Bachelor's Degree. Associate degree is preferred. Should preferably have 1 year of Personal Injury experience.
