Seeking an Associate Attorney with 1-3 years of litigation experience. Candidate will handle: Motion writing, legal research, preparing and responding to discovery, reviewing and analyzing medical records, client and expert communications, taking depositions, and attending court hearings. Will work closely with the managing partner, but must have an ability to problem solve and work independently. Must have: JD from an ABA-approved school with active California Bar admission, in good standing. Experience with medical negligence is preferred. Must have: Ability to operate independently, with minimal supervision. Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills. Ability to multitask, work in a team environment, and meet strict deadlines.
