Paralegal - Litigation and IP The candidate will assist in forming new entities (LLCs, corporations, etc.), preparing Secretary of State filings, preparing federal and state tax ID applications, drafting other entity formation documents, preparing United States Patent and Trademark Office applications and other filings, performing legal research, drafting contracts and other agreements and preparation and organization of transaction closing documents. The candidate should have a four year degree. Paralegal certification and previous experience is required. Should have 5+ years of experience to join its Business and Intellectual Property team. Must have solid organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication skills. Deadline: July 20, 2018.
