Mid-level Immigration Attorney The candidate will work closely with other ILG attorneys to manage a busy caseload of corporate clients. Prepare and file responses to Request for Evidence notices from USCIS. Oversee the preparation and review of employment-based non-immigrant petitions (e.g., H-1B, L-1, O-1, etc.). Oversee the preparation and review of employment-based immigrant petitions and applications (e.g., PERM, I-140, I-485, etc.). Assist Partners and Sr. Attorneys with research and various writing assignments. Interact with corporate clients' Global Mobility and HR personnel. Network and interact with potential clients for business development opportunities. Must have previous experience in employment-based immigration law. Should have in-depth knowledge and experience with non-immigrant petitions and responding to Request for Evidence notices for non-immigrant petitions.
