Litigation Paralegal The candidate will work for personal injury law firm. Will handle all aspects of our litigation personal injury practice. Record and store client information. Work with Attorneys through the litigation process. Keep clients informed during discovery. Manage litigation calendar and court deadlines. File pleadings and motions in accordance with court rules and statutes. Assist attorneys in all aspects of discovery. Assist attorneys in preparing pre-trial binders and exhibits. Maintain constant communication with all entities related to the cases. Previous experience with responding to discovery preferred. Familiarity with personal injury law preferred. Should have ability to spot legal issues in other areas. Must have familiarity with statutes, codes, local rules. Mac Savvy is a plus. Spanish-speaking is a plus.
