Immigration Paralegal - Financial District The candidate will support attorneys handling removal defense and litigation before the Immigration Courts, the Board of Immigration Appeals, and the Federal Courts. The Immigration Paralegal will assist by preparing and filing immigrant visa petitions, applications for adjustment of status, asylum, naturalization, and other administrative applications before the Department of Homeland Security. Should have Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of experience in an Immigration law firm, strong organizational and excellent English writing skills, computer literacy, and an interest in human rights and immigration matters. Fluency in Spanish (written and oral) required . The position will be available in April or May 2018.
