Family Law Attorney The candidate will include: providing quality legal representation to clients in Virginia family law cases, including contested cases; communicating with clients, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure cases are handled appropriately; and working at a fast pace on a high volume of cases, with a great attention to detail. Must be admitted to the Virginia State Bar. Should preferably have experience with PC Law or a similar client database and billing system; experience with electronic case management systems; and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
