Insurance Defense Attorney The candidate will be responsible for: legal research; Legal briefs and memoranda; pleadings, motions, and discovery; depositions and examinations under oath; and rendering opinions on liability, damages and value of a case. Must have 1+ year of experience in first party property defense or 3+ years of experience with a State Attorney's or Public Defender's office. Should have a license in good standing to practice law in Florida. Strong communication, word processing and computer skills are needed. Should have ability to travel as required for trials, hearings, depositions, and re-inspections.
