Family Law Paralegal The candidate will deal with clients directly, assist attorneys with active litigation, assist with compiling and pursuing essential case evidence, and become an integral part of our legal team. Will be given instruction, but we are seeking a candidate who is self-motivated and dedicated. Should have 1+ year of family law experience, familiarity with Westlaw and legal research, familiarity with discovery, calendaring, preliminary declarations of disclosure, and drafting basic pleadings.
