Full-Time Bankruptcy Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for preparing Chapter 7 &13 petitions, Chapter 13 plans, motions, orders, notices, amendments, loan modification documents, objections to proof of claims, preparation for 341 and confirmation hearings, filing documents in CM/ECF, and frequent client meetings and interaction. Debtor bankruptcy experience is preferred.
