Immigration Associate Attorney The candidate will prepare, review and submit non-immigration, immigration and PERM applications. Supervise legal assistants and provide internal training to legal assistants. Manage client expectations, communicate with client on a timely basis. Research immigration policies and procedures, as well as immigration statutes, case laws and regulations. Provide legal strategy to meet clients immigration purpose. Active member of California state bar (preferred) or other state bar, with no record of discipline. Minimum one(1) year of business immigration experience, especially EB1A and NIW, strong case management experience. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be able to prioritize, manage, and implement multiple matters in a fast paced environment. Must have excellent attention to detail. Bilingual in Chinese and English is highly preferred.
