Personal Injury Attorney The candidate will be responsible for Filling-out forms and court templates for cases in particular personal injury cases going to arbitration; Communicate with insurance adjusters to open claim, update claim file and negotiate settlement for personal injury cases; Proof-reading documents drafted by lead attorney; Electronically file documents with the court; Conducting intake interview for new clients; Administrative tasks including answering phone calls, printing, scanning documents, checking and delivering mail, updating litigation calendar and to-do list, and requesting medical records; Interacting with clients, when necessary. Experience in personal injury is required. At least an associate degree and some experience working at a law firm is necessary. Good writing and proofreading skills are required. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and other commonly used software systems is essential.
