Intake Attorney The candidate will be responsible for meeting & vetting all PNCs by gathering comprehensive information from all prospective clients via email, phone, and in-person. Entering all client information into an electronic database. Completing witness declarations. Licensed attorney in the state of California. Superior organization of documents and calendars. Ability to multi-task in fast-paced and challenging environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to remain professional while dealing with a wide variety of personalities. Excellent knowledge of computers and software, including MS Word, MS Excel, PDF Editing Software, Practice Management Software. Prior experience working collaboratively with others to develop and implement action plans. Ability to think critically about each potential case, identifying strengths/weaknesses as well as causes of action and potential themes. Ability to adapt to the needs of a growing law firm and willingness to "pitch in" to get the Job done even though some tasks may not fall within the above job description. Knowledge of Employment / Labor law a plus. 1 Year of accounts payable and Accounts Receivable experience is preferred.
