Paralegal Personal Injury Manager The candidate manages and oversees direct reports, systems, and projects to achieve goals in accordance with company systems. Ensures cases are being moved accurately and timely. Reviews workload of paralegals. Completes employee performance assessments, work management reports, training, annual reviews, and assist human resources in recruiting. Provides leadership by exhibiting influence and expertise. Supports and uplifts paralegals. Performs administrative activities in a timely manner necessary to effectively manage the team. Creates an effective work environment by developing a common vision, setting clear objectives, expecting teamwork, recognizing outstanding performance, and maintaining open communications. Develops staff through coaching, providing performance feedback, providing effective performance reviews, and establishing development plans. Monitors and spot checks the work of direct reports for quality and adherence to company systems to help paralegals. Establishes positive relationships and a team approach to accomplish goals. Should have 7-10 years of experience in Personal Injury experience in a legal environment. Pre-lit and lit experience is a plus.
