Paralegal - Personal Injury The candidate should have 2 years of experience to join team in our Bay Shore location. Must be experienced in the no-fault process, including property damage, mileage reimbursement and lost earnings reimbursement. Duties: Obtaining medical records; Preparing settlement packages to insurance companies; Extensive client contact; and Attend to court calendar. Spanish speaking and BA/B, paralegal degree or experience in a plaintiff's personal injury firm is required.
