Litigation Paralegal Candidate will be responsible for assisting attorneys in all stages of school law matters. Will include: Legal fact and basic legal research. Assist with case management. Organize and electronically file pleadings. Qualifications: Associates degree - Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience is preferred. candidate should feel comfortable conducting and analyzing research, organizing and preparing exhibts, maintaining case files, and completing other ad-hoc requests as needed. Extreme attention to detail and a high level of accuracy is required. Familar with Tax Valuations, BOR Hearings, BTA Appeals and Workers' Compensation.
