Legal Secretary The candidate will assist the Litigation team by coordinating, managing, and organizing case files during all phases of the process, and assist in trial preparation. Organize and review exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs, and appendices. Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for each case by researching the facts of the case as well as identifying the appropriate laws, judicial decisions, and legal articles relevant to the case. Be the point of contact with the client, keeping them informed throughout the legal process. Perform administrative duties such as calendar hearings and deadlines, organizing case files, and managing logistics. Paralegal certificate, degree, or 2+ years of experience in a law firm or in house legal department is required. Should preferably have work in litigation practice and have experience drafting, reviewing, and filing correspondence, pleadings, and discovery responses.
