Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be working with the litigation team to proactively litigate cases, and includes calendaring, legal research, preparing and responding to motions, pleadings and discovery, assisting with deposition, mediation and court appearance preparation, trial preparation, and similar tasks. Requirements: 3+ year litigation paralegal experience. Experience of 2 years (Required). Spanish (Required).
