Paralegal The candidate's responsibilities include supporting attorneys with discovery process, reviewing and summarizing medical records, drafting motions and pleadings, and trial preparation. The most qualified candidates will have the ability to work independently, prioritize workload, communicate effectively, and multi-task in a fast pace environment. Undergraduate degree and/or paralegal degree/certificate required. 3-5 years of civil litigation experience preferred, particularly in insurance defense or personal injury practice areas required. Experience with discovery process required. Experience reviewing/summarizing medical records required. Experience drafting motions/pleadings required. Trial preparation experience required. Familiarity with court rules and procedures required. Strong software/technical skills including experience working in a paperless environment required.
