Seeking Plaintiff's Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with 5+ years experience. Candidate must have Bachelor's Degree and Notary License. Must be proficient with pleadings, discovery, motions and trial preparation; Fully familiar with Medicare, Medicaid, ERISA and WC liens; experience closing out settled cases: general releases, hold harmless agreements, lien resolution, distribution & closing statements. Must have experience typing from dictation software, WordPerfect and MS Office required. Quickbooks is a plus. Must be reliable, responsible for follow up, and flexible.
