Personal Injury Paralegal The candidate will communicate with clients - answer questions regarding status of case, make follow-up phone calls, make regular inquiries into status of the client's treatment.Review treatment with clients - meet with clients to review the treatment they have undergone. Determine whether a client has seen additional medical providers.Review medical records - retrieve accurate and complete set of medical records to determine extent of treatment and determine whether a client has seen other medical providers.Review medical bills and insurance EOBs - understanding of insurance, treatment and billing process.Review files with attorneys - be able to follow specific process and discuss findings in each step of process.Written correspondence --primarily template oriented, must have good business writing acumen. Understand Liens, Letter of Protection; detailed with note taking and documentation. The candidate should have previous experience of 2+ as a personal injury paralegal. Should have familiarity with medical records, bills, and insurance.Must be Computer proficient, understand and demonstrate above average skills in Microsoft Office . We use NEEDLES case management Software.
