Legal Secretary / Assistant The candidate must have 5+ years of experience in probate law, estate planning and trust administration. Must be organized, courteous and have the ability to multitask. Should be prepared to undertake a variety of administrative, clerical and legal tasks. Will be tasked to prepare letters and probate specific judicial council forms under the supervision of attorneys. Must have strong writing and computer skills. Must have experience working at a law firm. Should preferably have experience in the areas of trusts, estates, estate planning and/ or probate law.
