Paralegal - Business Litigation The candidate must be an experienced Commercial Litigation/Eminent Domain paralegal. Should have 5+ years of experience as a paralegal in a fast-paced, heavy commercial litigation practice is required. Must be highly organized, self-motivated, and able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Must have in-depth experience with the discovery process. Should have experience preparing for and attending depositions, trials, and hearings. Must have Bachelor's Degree, Paralegal Certificate, CLA, 4+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
