Litigation Paralegal The candidate' Should have must have Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate is preferred; 3+ years experience as an insurance defense litigation paralegal; Should have Experience with preparing records, assembling exhibits, pleadings, summarizing transcripts, discovery and trial preparation. Should have clear and effective communication skills both orally and written; Responsibilities; Obtain authorizations for medical records as well as medical records; updating as deemed necessary; Draft discovery demands and responses; Determine, organize and transmit needed material to experts; including later supplements; Organize, review and summarize medical records, discovery and other documents; Review file for outstanding discovery in preparation for court appearances, pleadings, depositions and trial preparation and conduct work necessary to obtain the same from opposing parties; Trial Preparation; Research and Investigation; Manage documents and organize case files.
