Business Insolvency and Commercial Disputes Attorney The candidate will work under the supervision of the Firm s Bankruptcy Practice Chair whose principal areas of practice are corporate bankruptcy (primarily Chapters 11 and 15 proceedings), non-bankruptcy insolvencies or restructurings; commercial contracts and business transactions; cross-border transactions, disputes and insolvencies; and commercial and contract litigation. Should have experience representing various stakeholders in Chapter 11 business cases, restructurings, and commercial litigation including secured creditors, unsecured creditors (including trade creditors, bondholders or other unsecured creditor interests), and unsecured creditors' committees. Must have 3+ years of relevant experience; excellent client relationship and business development skills; writing samples that demonstrate relevant experience; and an excellent academic background and business acumen.
