Nurse Paralegal The candidate will join the medical negligence defense team. Job responsibilities will include: summarizing and analyzing medical records, creating indexes of medical record charting, managing medical record inventories, compiling medical records and transcripts to send to outside expert consultants, drafting discovery requests and responses, and assisting with trial. A medical or nursing background, or experience working on medical malpractice cases, is preferred. Should preferably have 1+ year of experience working in a law firm (either plaintiff or defendant). Should be able to combine their experience and knowledge to play a key role in all phases of medical litigation practice group.
