Candidate Must have JD degree and be in good standing with the Georgia Bar Association. Must know how to properly evaluate the value of the claim, as well as, having excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, customer service skills, and legal skills. Should have a proven track record of successfully handling plaintiff personal injury claims from beginning to end. Experience with settlement negotiations, mediation, and litigation required.
