Medical Malpractice Paralegal The candidate working with the Partners and Associates, be responsible for providing a broad range of support to attorneys with tasks such as Assist with tracking and calendaring new cases/appearances. Drafting documents (Answers, Discovery Demands, etc.). Putting together motions with exhibits. E-filing. Research. Obtain expert transcripts. Data entry. Generally assisting and leading the team as necessary. Must have a paralegal certificate and be able to multi-task, have good organizational skills. Prior experience as a medical malpractice/personal injury paralegal is a must.
