Immigration Attorney The candidate should preferably have 1 year of immigration law experience. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish). Will be making appearances principally in the Los Angeles immigration courts for Master Calendar, Individual, and Bond hearings, as well representing clients in interviews before USCIS. Must be willing to travel, as some out-of-state court hearings/interviews are possible. Will also be handling appeals directly with USCIS, the BIA and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Must also have strong legal research and writing skills.
