Attorney The candidate will provide effective, reliable legal services to clients and senior counsel. Will perform title review and objections for residential & commercial properties. Oversee the execution of sale and loan docs for closings as the Closing Attorney/Agent. Review contracts, supply agreements, franchise agreements, lease agreements, SBA loan docs, and other-related business transaction documents. Coordinate and oversee multi-state and multi-site closings from contract to final title policy. Assist/support in non-billable tasks for the company, as necessary. 2+ years real estate experience required.
