Seeking Attorney- Associate with 1-3 years experience in insurance defense litigation and/or insurance coverage. Candidate must have JD Degree from ABA accredited law school is required with strong academic credentials. Must be a member in good standing with the New Jersey bar and Pennsylvania Bar and licensed to practice law in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 1 year experience practicing law in the State of New Jersey and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is required. Knowledge of insurance coverage analysis, bad faith, construction defect, construction and transportation litigation, and/or product liability is highly desired.
